    As a Realtor, Broker Associate, CRS, e-Pro and SFR, I am able to help my clients regularly meet and exceed their goals with residential real estate.  With more than 10 years of experience and expertise in San Diego real estate, I have earned the trust of my clients to get the job done successfully.

    Having earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation, or CRS, I am one of only approximately 33,000 Realtors nationally who hold this title.  This National Association of Realtors designation represents significant documented experience and production, extensive training and education, as well as a genuine commitment to the profession.  

    Among my professional designations is SFR, the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designation from NAR.  This lets my clients know that I have the experience and education to properly advise and assist them should they desire to work with short sale or foreclosure properties. 

    Another NAR designation I have earned is e-Pro.  This designation demonstrates my abilities with internet marketing for real estate as well as the ability to utilize the many tools provided online to best assist my clients in buying and selling properties.

    As a Relocation Specialist with Coldwell Banker, I am certified and experienced in assisting clients relocating to and from San Diego with their purchases and sales.  This opportunity is only given to a few select agents in each market who continually demonstrate a very high commitment to excellent customer service and success with their transactions. 

    Familiarity and experience in neighborhoods throughout San Diego County, especially the Coastal and Central areas, allow me to help my clients wherever they may want to live.  That commitment to my clients translates into approximately 90% of my business coming from referrals like your friends, neighbors and family members.

    My background also includes experience in direct lending with a San Diego-based mortgage banking company.  This translates into a knowledge and understanding of mortgage requirements and procedures to better serve you.

    Lastly, I am a firm believer in giving back through various foundations and charities, including Thursday Club Juniors, St. Vincent de Paul, the San Diego Food Bank, among others.
